Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. You’ll receive a detailed safari briefing and have time to relax after your journey. The rest of the day is at leisure, enjoying the tranquil surroundings of your lodge. Overnight at Mt. Meru Hotel.

After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering stunning views along the way. Enter the park through Naabi Hill Gate and begin your first game drive en route to your lodge. This area of the Serengeti is rich in wildlife, home to big cats and herds of antelope scattered across the plains. Arrive at your lodge in time for dinner and an overnight stay at Ndutu Kati Kati Lodge.

Today you head south toward the Ndutu region, located in the southern part of the Serengeti ecosystem and within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This area is the heart of the Great Migration between December and March, when thousands of wildebeest and zebra gather to give birth to their young. Game drives in Ndutu offer an incredible opportunity to witness predator-prey interactions and the newborn calves taking their first steps. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu Kati Kati Lodge.

Spend a full day exploring the Ndutu plains, following the herds as they graze and move across the open grasslands. This region is ideal for off-road game drives, allowing close encounters with lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and even elusive leopards. Depending on the time of year, you might also see thousands of wildebeest calves, creating dramatic scenes of new life and survival. After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Ndutu area before continuing your journey toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. The drive offers more wildlife sightings and scenic views as you ascend the crater rim. Early in the morning, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside this World Heritage Site. The crater is often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World” due to its breathtaking scenery and dense wildlife population. Here you can spot elephants, buffaloes, zebras, lions, and possibly the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before driving back to Arusha in the afternoon, where your safari concludes with a drop-off at your hotel or airport for your onward journey.
